The Pescar [Fishing] Project is a network that works through the social franchise system. The franchised companies create space for personal and professional training of low-income teenagers in its own facilities, later sending them into the job market.
In addition to promoting the basic learning to practice a profession in the most varied areas of industry, trade and service provisioning, the Project encourages youngsters to adopt new habits and attitudes of cohabitation and citizenship. www.projetopescar.org.br
