The following, among others, are developed by the Human Resources department:

Program for Follow-Up of Employee Dismissal due to Occupational Disease and/or Accident:
Consists of guiding and promoting the solution of problems originated by the dismissal.

Occupational Accident Prevention Program:
Promote awareness in the staff and visitors regarding the use of IPE (Individual Protection Equipment), as well as observance of the safety norms imposed in the production environments.

Educational Talks:
Talks given by employees to employees and to the community with the aim of informing and reflecting on social problems, such as diseases, infectious-contagious diseases, education in traffic, home accidents.

Winter Clothes Campaign:
Since 1993, Mundial SA's employees warm the winter of the poor, giving donations throughout the year.
•
Your Smile is Important:
Created in 1998, it guides on the need for mouth health and hygiene.
•
Blood Donation:
Formed by an internal register, this program facilitates ready response to donation requests.
•
Mundial Foundation (FAE):
Assistance entity distinguished from other retail network by its nonprofit nature. It provides food products, clothes, bed, table and bathroom items through supermarket and its own store also located in the manufacturing complex. In addition, several benefits are offered like assistance in prosthesis, oculists and plans with drugstores and computer schools. Know more about the
