The Participative Programs of Mundial SA involve and encourage employees in improvement drives in their working environment. Its aim is to favor and encourage the participation of its employees and their consequent qualification through development of individual or team tasks, suggestions for improvement and indication of new businesses.
Valuing initiative and endeavor, the participative programs contribute decisively toward the personal and professional development of each one. The heads are responsible for dialoguing, encouraging and supporting the employees from any area or activity who present their proposals in their programs, such as: D'Olho, GAP and Immediate Ideas.

This program is based on the Concept of the “5S” and stands for:

Mundial SA believes that the working environment is an extension of our home, and as such, it must provide well being to whoever frequents it. It must therefore be kept clean, organized and pleasant. The results can be easily seen in our products, which reflect the concern with quality.
The sectors are audited quarterly by the employees themselves, the areas that stand out being awarded at the end of each year.

GAP

Participative Administration Group
Mundial SA believes in and values team work. Its employees are encouraged to form work groups to identify opportunities for improvement and to implement actions aimed at obtaining gains in productivity and cost reduction.
There are not limits for the work of the Participative Administration Groups. The improvement projects range from simple changes in operating procedures to the designing and construction of automated equipment.
Projects for the improvement of the safety conditions of employees is also part of the day-to-day of the GAP Group, which meet during business hours to discuss and implement its ideas. Approximately 35% of the Mundial SA staff take part in GAPs.
Internal Competitions are held biannually, in which the best projects from each manufacturing unit are presented and evaluated by the Company Management group. The winners of these Competitions and their families are awarded with trips to tourist points of the southern region of Brazil. In addition, these winning Groups represent Mundial SA in the Participative Group State Contest. Having been in 2003 and 2004 the great winner.

Immediate Ideas
Mundial SA encourages and bets on the creativity of its employees. Each employee of the company can suggest improvements in his or her place of work. The employees themselves are responsible for implementing their ideas. Each implemented idea is worth points and, on accumulating these points, the employees can change them for several prizes.
Mundial SA is owner of the "Gallery of Ideas", which presents the best ideas of each month, disclosing the author. To have one's idea and photograph disseminated in the "Gallery of Ideas" is cause for pride for our employee and an encouragement for new ideas.
