Mundial Communication

One of the principles of Mundial SA states that the company must "work and share information in such a way that all have conditions to take decisions and take up responsibilities".

Internal Communication is not a question of fashion, but rather an essential factor in the motivation of its employees, improvement in the internal atmosphere and innovation with regard to the participation and share of responsibilities.

Mundial SA's Endomarketing Programs seek to develop corporate strategic information actions, which structured, integrated and transferred through various processes or means of communication, value the employee, turning him or her into a partner and encouraging him or her to take part in the organization. Each Program has its own features, which aim at different approaches, among them:




Mundial Channel

Winner of the ABERJE SOUTH Corporate Communication Award in 1998, this means of internal communication in the format of a bulletin board and with fortnightly periodicity, transmits important information for employees to remain committed to the company's values. In total, there are 35 bulletin boards in all the Units.




Mundial News

Monthly information bulletin distributed to all employees, bearing news on internal and external occurrences relevant to Mundial SA, with the aim of integrating employees, family members, customers and suppliers.



Intranet

Network that enables the staff, through the use of web technology, to share aggregate information and services, aiming at the obtainment of corporate efficiency in its internal processes.
